Late C19th Chinese Qing Dynasty carved hardwood stand or table with inset marble top.
Heavily carved Chinese huali low stand or table with carved and pierced friezes and with a shaped inset highly-figured rouge marble top. The friezes with traditional carved fruiting prunus decoration , the shaped legs with zoomorphic carved masks and claw feet, united by shaped stretchers.
In excellent original condition with a dark rich colour and patina.
Of practical scale and height for use perhaps as a vase stand or reception room / drinks table .
