Larger scale early C20th George II period revival Chippendale style mahogany and partial-gilt framed mirror.
Of broad �landscape� proportions , the triple divided mirror plates with carved gilt gesso slip surrounds , set within a shapely Chippendale design mahogany fret outline frame , embellished with elaborate and flamboyant partial gilt carved scroll gesso decoration . The top of the frame centred with a carved gilt mythical phoenix or �Ho-Ho� bird mounted on a pediment .
In excellent original condition with no losses or damage . The silvered mirror plates in clean unmarked condition.
