Pair of late C19th French ormolu-mounted agate/marble vases in Louis XVI style.
Strikingly-figured pair of hard-stone bodied vases with gilt-bronze mounts on square block bases.
The fluorspar-type striated stone with cast twin-scroll handles with flower-head terminals, beaded ormolu ring to the necks ,and fitted with pineapple finials to the fixed 'lids'.
The vase body supported in a 'cup' of 'fletched' feathers onto a turned gilded foot.
Smart quality pair of highly decorative urns for a chimney-piece or side-cabinet.
