Pair of early C19th French Charles X period bronze Empire design candlesticks.
Smart pair of patinated cast bronze candlesticks on concave tri-form bases raised on foliate-cast and compressed lion's paw feet. Fine chased detail to the knozzles and with removable bobeches. Tapering reeded columns , with chased ring detail .
Sympathetically worn dark brown patina with traces of a contrasting green patination.
Stylish pair of Empire design bronze candlesticks for a dining table or commode .
