Late C19th/ early C20th Chinese porcelain vase of highly decorative design.
Smart Chinese vase decorated in a striking red body with gilt paisley-style design with turquoise 'jewel ' details.
The bulbous body with a flared 'bottle' neck with a mounded collar and a raised lip rim . High-quality 'acid-etched' gilding and intricate gilt trailing design with turquoise detail.
The underside of the foot-ring with an 'iron-red' apocryphal seal mark of the Emperor Qianlong period 1736-1795 (i.e. not of period) .
In excellent original condition with no damage or repairs.
