Late C19th bronzed spelter metal desk-top bust study of Apollo Belvedere.
Well-patinated zinc-alloy or spelter metal bust of Apollo ,in imitation of bronze . The head and shoulders bust study taken from the original marble full-length figure of the Greek god , situated in the Belvedere Palace , Vatican Museums , Rome, Italy .
The bronzed bust mounted upon an ebonised and turned wooden socle base.
In excellent original condition, a smart desk-top accessory.
