Late C19th cut-glass column oil
lamp by "Hinks" with Corinthian capital cast brass top , now converted to electricity.
Smart heavy-weight faceted classical column glass lamp on stepped square plinth with cut corners and star-cut base . The top with well-cast brass Corinthian capital supporting the original glass oil font and brass 'duplex' burner. Stamped and marked as patented by "Hinks" , renowned and esteemed manufacturers of oil lamps in this period.
In excellent original condition with only minor historic chip to edge of corner of the glass base.
Will be re-wired and electrically refurbished and tested , to clients specifications inclusive of price .
