Pair of C19th Chinese style armorial porcelain dishes decorated in C18th style famille rose designs , probably by Samson, Paris .
Well-painted enamel decorated pair of Chinese-style dished plates with an armorial cypher design in the C18th famille rose palette . Probably by the renowned Parisian firm of Edme Samson et Cie , famed for their quality C19th copies of fine C18th Chinese , Japanese and European porcelain .
The reverse of each with a pseudo Chinese 4-character seal mark in imitation of the C18th period originals.
In good original condition with no chips , cracks or repairs . Minor rubbing to the decoration and gilded edges . Of dished form with a foot ring to the reverse base.
