Description

Early C20th quartetto of mahogany ‘nesting’ tables of compact scale .
Quality set of 5 mahogany tables in the early C19th style , raised on fluted columnar upright supports, with bowed or dished stretcher supports to the rear . The shaped feet and joining stretchers with incised carved detail .
High grade of selected mahogany with a good rich colour and patina.
In excellent original condition with no breaks , damage or repairs . The smallest table with a minor burn mark to one edge .
All four tables are stable with strong joints and have no movement.
Practical and elegant set of 4 tables of compact scale and proportions.
